A wild animal attacked me

Wild animals, such as boars, are increasingly approaching areas inhabited by people. Unfortunately, these animals often cause damage when looking for food, e.g. damaging crops or home gardens. There are also cases when wild animals attack people.

In this case, you can apply for compensation.

Responsibility for the harmful actions of wild animals is borne by the State Treasury and, in accordance with the hunting law, by managers or lessees of hunting districts.

It is worth applying for compensation in such a situation - the confirmation is the precedent court judgment, which awarded the injured party as much as PLN 120000!
